About The Position

Citizens Savings Bank, a local Community Bank, is seeking to hire a Full Time Deposit Operations Representative II. Citizens Savings Bank is a locally owned and operated community bank headquartered in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. We have six branch offices located throughout Lackawanna, Monroe and Wayne County. As a Deposit Operations Representative II your primary responsibilities will include: This position will be responsible for performing more complex alternating duties in the review, processing and ongoing maintenance of deposit accounts and eBanking services. In accordance with established department policies and procedures the position will provide professional and timely customer service in addressing inquiries from customers and bank personnel.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of administrative experience in a financial institution
Telephone customer service experience
Customer service focused
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task independently
Basic knowledge of banking deposit operations and various policies and procedures
Good organizational, accounting, and time management skills
Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English)
Proficient reading and mathematical skills
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) email and Internet applications

Responsibilities

Performing more complex alternating duties in the review, processing and ongoing maintenance of deposit accounts and eBanking services.
Providing professional and timely customer service in addressing inquiries from customers and bank personnel in accordance with established department policies and procedures.
