About The Position

Looking for resources to support a large-scale Device Replacement Project (DRP) for our healthcare client, focused on upgrading over 3,000 endpoints to Windows 11 across multiple hospital and clinical sites in Central New York (Cooperstown, Utica, and surrounding areas). Deploy, configure, and replace desktops and laptops as part of an enterprise-wide Windows 11 upgrade initiative. Execute bulk device deployments based on scheduled site plans. Coordinate with end users (providers, nurses, staff) to minimize disruption to clinical operations. Follow deployment schedules while remaining flexible to adjust based on on-site needs. Travel between multiple sites within a large regional footprint (6,000 sq. miles). Collaborate with desktop engineers, network teams, and IT leadership. Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary.

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and replace desktops and laptops as part of an enterprise-wide Windows 11 upgrade initiative
Execute bulk device deployments based on scheduled site plans
Coordinate with end users (providers, nurses, staff) to minimize disruption to clinical operations
Assist with hardware setup and imaging
Assist with basic networking connectivity
Assist with Active Directory tasks (account setup, permissions, device joins)
Assist with ticketing system updates and issue tracking
Follow deployment schedules while remaining flexible to adjust based on on-site needs
Travel between multiple sites within a large regional footprint (6,000 sq. miles)
Collaborate with desktop engineers, network teams, and IT leadership
Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary
