About The Position

PhysicsX is seeking a customer-facing Deployment Strategist (internally known as Delivery Engineers) who is passionate about building strategic accounts and transforming AI solutions into lasting customer partnerships. This role requires a deep technical understanding across multiple industries to work directly with customers, understand their challenges and needs, and serve as their primary point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a diverse technical background, potentially from Data Science/Machine Learning or an engineering profile, with the ability to bridge the gap between advanced AI capabilities and practical engineering applications. A keen learner, you will become proficient with PhysicsX's core technology stack, cloud/software deployment, and product features to support customers with guiding activities and technical requests. With over 8 years of industry experience in a commercial, customer-facing environment, you will own the complete customer journey, from onboarding and change management to roadmap planning and contract preparation. You should excel at strategic planning, time management, and problem-solving, with natural organizational skills for managing sprint planning, deliverables alignment, and project delivery. Experience in industrial or advanced manufacturing sectors is preferred.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of industry experience in a commercial, customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to understand advanced engineering concepts across multiple industries.
  • Experience in strategic planning, time management, and problem-solving.
  • Natural organizational skills for managing sprint planning, deliverables alignment, and project delivery.
  • Proficiency in cloud/software deployment.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
  • Experience in a Data Science/Machine Learning background with deep understanding of the end-to-end AI/ML product lifecycle OR an engineering profile with domain-specific engineering understanding.

  • Experience in industrial or advanced manufacturing sectors (e.g., automotive, semiconductors, materials).

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers and internal teams (Simulation Engineers, Software Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists) to understand and define engineering and physics challenges.
  • Build and maintain relationships with users and decision-makers at customer organizations.
  • Understand customer industry challenges and translate them into product opportunities and roadmap alignment.
  • Own the customer onboarding journey into the PhysicsX platform, collaborating with delivery teams to ensure useful and adopted solutions.
  • Support customer delivery teams by participating in planning and product coordination, ensuring the right solutions are built and their value is measured and articulated.
  • Identify new opportunities within customer accounts by identifying problems, users, and stakeholders, and preparing proposals (including commercials) and supporting the contracting process.
  • Track customer engagement and collect feedback to ensure built solutions are utilized and creating value.
