About The Position

The Deployment Specialist plays a critical role in the successful, safe, and efficient delivery and integration of complex modular power solutions across our diverse project portfolio. As an employee-owner, you will leverage your expertise to ensure these advanced electrical systems are deployed seamlessly, contributing directly to project schedules and our reputation for innovative construction. Your contributions will be vital in optimizing our operational processes and supporting our field teams nationwide.

Requirements

Foundational knowledge of construction, manufacturing, electrical systems, industrial operations, or related environments.
Profound understanding of electrical construction principles, National Electrical Code (NEC), and relevant industry standards (e.g., UL).
Strong technical aptitude to interpret detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and construction blueprints.
Exceptional organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage concurrent deployment activities across multiple projects.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise confidently with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including field personnel, project managers, engineers, and clients.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn project management and documentation systems.
Willingness to travel as business needs require.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree or technical certification in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Project Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
0–2 years of experience supporting construction, manufacturing, commissioning, deployment, field operations, logistics, or project coordination.
OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or logistics are highly desirable.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating modular equipment deployments from manufacturing through customer turnover.
Support field installation and punch-list activities.
Monitor project milestones and communicate progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders.
Document field observations and escalate technical or operational concerns as appropriate.
Maintain accurate deployment records, reports, and project documentation.
Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes, field modifications, and lessons learned to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Monitor and ensure strict compliance with all Rosendin safety protocols, NEC standards, UL requirements, and project-specific quality assurance procedures during deployments.
Build collaborative relationships across Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Field Operations to support successful project delivery.
Provide a high level of customer service throughout the deployment lifecycle.
