About The Position

Mintlify is seeking a Deployment Manager to join their team. This role involves enforcing post-sales services engagement models, validating services scope, timeline commitments, complexity signals, and migration readiness. The Deployment Manager will ensure enterprise customers have a successful go-live, leading to increased AI credit usage, renewals, and expansions. They will have full ownership of customer onboarding from deal close to go-live execution and the first 14 days post-launch, resolving technical concerns related to platform capabilities and maintaining the quality bar of migration completion.

Requirements

Hands-on technical experience: comfortable using GitHub and writing code, clear technical thinking and ability to debug
Comfortability with AI: Has built non-trivial AI automations to accomplish tasks more quickly
Experience managing 10+ competing priorities
Prior experience on live calls with customers (or exceptionally motivated to move their career in this direction)
Ownership mentality: Strong project management skills, little oversight needed, and constantly finding ways to improve processes

Responsibilities

Enforcing post-sales services engagement model, so every enterprise deal has a clear scope and boundaries before kick-off
Validating services scope, timeline commitments, complexity signals, and migration readiness
Ensuring every enterprise customer go-live provides the foundation for increased AI credit usage, renewals, and expansions
Full ownership of customer onboarding from deal close to go-live execution and first 14 days post-launch
Resolving customer technical concerns related to platform capabilities
Maintaining quality bar of migration completion from vendors and hands-on engagement in migration port-over when vendors aren't able to execute
