About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Deployment Lead to join their team and support their client in the Hanover, MD area. This role involves managing and executing software deployments in a fast-paced, high-security environment. The Deployment Lead will oversee the entire deployment process, ensuring seamless integration of updates and changes across systems. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage deployment schedules, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system stability. The role requires navigating complex environments and ensuring compliance with established protocols, as well as streamlining workflows and implementing automation. Additionally, the Deployment Lead will develop and refine scripts to optimize deployment processes.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience with the change management processes and managing deployments
  • 3 years of experience with GitLab, Jira, and Ansible
  • 3 years of experience with scripting and automation
  • Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Python
  • DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (Sec+, CISSP, CASP, etc.)
  • Experience working in high-security settings
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements
