Deployment Lead
About The Position
As the Deployment Lead, you will shape, define, and implement new business processes across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will analyze current workflows, design innovative solutions, and manage the end‑to‑end deployment lifecycle for OneFM solutions integrated with Oracle Cloud. Acting as the bridge between the technical teams and the business community, you will facilitate communication, gather user needs, define requirements and use cases, and ensure that deployments are executed smoothly and effectively. Your role will also include participating in user and task analysis to maintain a strong focus on user experience and operational impact.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud capabilities and deployment processes.
- Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and user analysis.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable deployment plans.
- Familiarity with deployment management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Experience facilitating discussions between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and deployment activities.
- U.S. Citizenship – dual citizenship allowed
