About The Position

Rillet serves accounting and finance teams, providing an AI-native ERP that can drive a zero-day close. Our solution features a unified source-of-truth data model, hundreds of native integrations, automated workflows, multi-entity consolidation, and specialized AI agents. We are looking for a Deployment Lead to help our customers leverage these tools to run their numbers with speed, accuracy, and insight. This role requires an appreciation for the value of financial tools and a passion for powering the financial core of fast-growing companies.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in ERP implementation, systems consulting, or finance transformation.
  • Background in SaaS, high-growth technology companies, or implementation/consulting environments.
  • Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Workday, etc.).
  • Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, and go-live.
  • Strong understanding of core accounting workflows (close, reconciliations, ASC 606).
  • Customer-facing experience with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Systems-minded with solid project management skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Highly detail-oriented.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in SaaS, high-growth technology companies, or implementation/consulting environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ERP implementation projects for Rillet's customers.
  • Consult on finance transformation initiatives.
  • Manage customer-facing interactions and stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee multiple workstreams within projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ensure successful data migration and go-live phases.
  • Configure ERP systems based on customer requirements.
  • Translate core accounting workflows into system configurations.
