About The Position

The Deployment Analyst plays a critical role in the successful, safe, and efficient delivery of modular power solutions products across our diverse project portfolio. As an employee-owner, you will leverage your skills to ensure our products are deployed seamlessly, contributing directly to project success and our reputation for innovative construction solutions.

Requirements

  • Be self-motivated and capable of managing time to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
  • Proficient and comfortable using company-provisioned technology resources.Computer, iPad, smartphone and associated programs and apps.
  • Basic understanding of construction principles.
  • Basic technical aptitude to interpret detail drawings and construction blueprints or ability to learn quickly.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise confidently with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including field personnel, project managers, engineers, and clients.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn documentation systems.
  • Willingness to travel as business needs require.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree or technical certification in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Project Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience supporting construction, manufacturing, commissioning, deployment, field operations, logistics, or project coordination.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • TSA approved travel documents. REAL ID, Enhanced DL, Passport, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate product delivery(deployment) with internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Support field installation and punch-list activities.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and concerns to project stakeholders.
  • Document field observations and escalate technical or operational concerns as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate deployment records, reports, and project documentation.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes, field modifications, and lessons learned to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Rosendin safety protocols, MPS deployment process, and project-specific quality assurance procedures.
  • Build collaborative relationships with all project stakeholders to support successful product delivery.
  • Provide a high level of customer service throughout the deployment lifecycle.
