This position is responsible for determination of ability to pay for all patients under the Michigan Mental Health Code. Coordinate and monitor services billed to patients and cash posting of service generated revenue to first party accounts. Manage and coordinate daily Accounting operations. Oversee daily mail room operations. Ensure patients medical claims are processed accurately and timely. Operational oversight of the Patient Trust Fund accounts.

Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
• Four years of professional experience, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level.
• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major and at least two (2) years of experience as a Departmental Supervisor 11.
• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major and at least one (1) year of experience as a Departmental Supervisor 12, 13, or 14.
• Education level typically acquired through the completion of high school and at least four (4) years of experience as a Departmental Supervisor 11.
• Education level typically acquired through the completion of high school and at least three (3) years of experience as a Departmental Supervisor 12, 13, or 14.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and a criminal records check.
