About The Position
The Department Specialist reviews promotional pricing, sets clearance pricing for discontinued items, and proofs the weekly circular. This role utilizes reporting and data analysis to help guide the strategy around promotional marketing and partners with the Assistant Sales Manager, local store personnel, and other marketing partners. The work impacts store tags, signs, customers, and the company.
Requirements
- Tech savvy; complex systems do not intimidate.
- Enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional partners to drive actions & results.

- Enjoys analyzing data, reports, and documents to develop solutions.
- Fluent in MS Office, especially Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot tables, and writing formulas).
