Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • minimum of 1 year of healthcare or office experience required
  • 1-3 years' experience in medical, customer service setting
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • 2+ experience in medical, customer service setting preferred
  • knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • computer knowledge of Microsoft office required
  • Kronos experience preferred
  • experience in medical, customer service setting 1-2 years preferred
  • computer knowledge of Microsoft Office and Epic preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred
