As a Department Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations and sales of your department run smoothly, while leading and engaging your team. Success in this role requires valuing teamwork, recognizing contributions, and supporting team growth. Requirements

18 years of age or older.
Prior experience leading others.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences.
A history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
Ability to use time and resources efficiently and effectively.
Acting with integrity, pride, and passion.
Willingness to obtain certifications as required.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the day-to-day operations and sales of the department run smoothly.
Leading and engaging the team.
Delivering outstanding customer service daily.
For Bakery: Having 1 year or more of experience as a Baker.
For Meat: Having knowledge of and ability to process different cuts of meat, previous experience working in a meat department and with various tools (grinders, saws, and other meat processing tools).
