This role involves ensuring the team is ready to work, enforcing company policies, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The manager will also oversee the overall layout of corporate offices, manage display accessories, and collaborate with the merchandising department on floor layout, discounts, and promotions. A key aspect of the role is updating and rotating displays and signage, and developing plans for merchandise displays and window presentations. The manager must handle all merchandise with care and follow safety procedures, while also overseeing the visual merchandising team through evaluations, discipline, recognition, and separation documentation. Additional duties may be assigned by management.
