Requirements

3–5+ years of inside sales leadership experience (Supervisor, Sales Manager, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing—or equivalent experience
Proven ability to scale teams and consistently crush sales targets
Deep understanding of the sales cycle and sales enablement tools
CRM-savvy (PestRoutes experience = a huge plus!)
Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
Exceptional communication and leadership chops
A strategic thinker with an unstoppable drive to win

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy for both inbound and outbound sales, collaborating with marketing and the contact center to fuel the funnel.
Coach, develop, and inspire sales reps through 1:1s, performance feedback, and custom training programs.
Build killer sales scripts and closing tactics that convert leads into raving fans.
Run the numbers—analyze KPIs, deliver reports, and drive forecasting to keep us on track (and ahead).
Partner with marketing to shape lead gen campaigns and unlock new growth channels.
Use customer feedback to sharpen our service and refine the sales journey.
Bring the energy—build a sales culture that motivates, supports, and wins together.
