About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team, elevate customer engagement, and drive measurable revenue impact. This role blends leadership, strategy, and hands‑on execution to ensure our customers receive exceptional service while our team hits ambitious growth targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5–7 years of proven sales management experience.
  • Deep understanding of the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead high‑performing sales teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in industrial sales, valve and automation solutions, or similar technical industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of inside sales representatives.
  • Provide ongoing training in customer service excellence, product expertise, and high‑performance sales techniques.
  • Inspire accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Partner with outside sales, marketing, and product management to build and execute regional and product‑specific sales strategies.
  • Contribute to annual sales planning and revenue forecasting.
  • Regularly analyze sales metrics, customer interactions, and market activity.
  • Identify emerging trends and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Evaluate and optimize inside sales workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure compliance.
  • Drive enhancements that improve speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the full quoting process to ensure accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Manage lead assignment and prioritization to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Approve special pricing requests using sound judgment and market awareness.
  • Maintain clear, effective communication with operations, engineering, and field sales teams.
  • Support coordination across departments to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Understand and articulate customer needs, challenges, and industry‑specific requirements.
  • Identify where our products and solutions deliver the greatest value and champion the customer's voice internally.
