About The Position

Assists Program Director with administrative tasks such as enrollment processing, staff schedule generation, and sending program communications. Provides general oversight to the branch environment including serving as a manager on duty, enforcing membership expectations, cross marketing, and working with peers on branch goals. Provides exceptional customer service and fosters connections with members. Participates and satisfactorily completes in-service trainings. Creates an environment that is welcoming, nurturing, and inclusive for all members and guests. Able to work collaboratively and respectfully as part of a staff team. Ensures building, grounds, and equipment are in working order and reports any concerns. Maintains certifications and takes advantage of professional growth opportunities. Supports the annual campaign process including education of members. Understands their role as a mandated reporter of elder and child abuse and reports and responds to situations in accordance with policies and procedures. Ensures safety of children in facilities and programs and that proper supervision is provided.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Complete required certifications within 60 days of hire
  • Complete all required Branch and Position specific trainings as required within two weeks of hire
  • Ability to obtain a criminal record clearance
