About The Position

This role is responsible for assisting with daily operations, including unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining displays. The Department Head will also handle special orders, provide excellent customer service, and monitor for shoplifting. Radio requests will need to be responded to, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months-1 year of retail experience.
• Technically proficient in computer systems including related software.
• Gather and analyze data and maintain accurate records.
• Take initiative, assume responsibility, and execute thoroughly.
• Interact with staff at all levels of the organization.
• Possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company’s insurance carrier’s standards.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) verbal and written communication skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trucks and put away merchandise.
• Execute daily operational goals and priorities assigned by the store manager.
• Remove promotional bin tags from displays/price tags as required.
• Restock merchandise displays as needed, watch end caps and side wings.
• Handle special orders for all non-stock items.
• Provide excellent customer service and interaction.
• Respond to radio requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
