About The Position

This role is responsible for assisting with daily operations, meeting operational goals, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, handling special orders, and preventing shoplifting. The position requires interaction with staff at all levels and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months-1 year of retail experience.
• Technically proficient in computer systems including related software.
• Ability to gather and analyze data and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to take initiative, assume responsibility, and execute thoroughly.
• Ability to interact with staff at all levels of the organization.
• Possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company’s insurance carrier’s standards.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) verbal and written communication skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trucks and put away merchandise.
• Execute daily operational goals and priorities assigned by the store manager.
• Remove promotional bin tags from displays/price tags as required.
• Restock merchandise displays and monitor end caps and side wings.
• Handle special orders for all non-stock items.
• Provide excellent customer service and interaction.
• Respond to radio requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
