About The Position

This position is for a Department Head Cashier in the Cafeteria Team at Brook Park School. The role involves general knowledge of food preparation, cooking, prepping, and serving in large quantities, including some understanding of special dietary requirements. It also requires general knowledge of receiving and storing food in large quantities. The team member will perform other nutritional service positions as requested by the manager, report needed supplies and equipment malfunctions to the cafeteria manager, and serve the appropriate number of food items to meet USDA/Food Service/cafeteria manager mandates.
