About The Position

PrimeLending is seeking a Department Coordinator to be responsible for various administrative coordination activities for the Servicing team including staff and project support, document imaging, processing and distributing mail.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to demonstrate strong detail orientation and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Displays time management, organizational and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of mortgage industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review documents to determine which department they should be routed to
  • Ensures documents are sorted and prepared with the necessary components and are then scanned into the system of record
  • Respond to work requests from department staff in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain spreadsheets or system records capturing appropriate tracking, notations or completion status information
  • May be the point of contact for assembling, receiving, sending and distributing packages; labeling and/or opening packages and recording pertinent information
  • May coordinate or assist in the coordination of department specific projects, schedules, meetings, etc.
  • Perform data collection, analysis and reporting to Manager for decision making purposes
  • Maintain communication with internal and external contacts; escalate any issues as appropriate
  • Other duties as assigned or required
