About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring an entry-level Denture Lab Technician - Digital to learn digital denture production through a paid training program. The role involves using technology and artistic skills to create dentures and improve patients’ lives. Technicians have access to industry-leading equipment, instruments, thought leaders, and certified trainers, and work collaboratively with dentists and other dental team members to support patient satisfaction and care. The position is full-time and pays $20–$25 per hour. Travel is required for a training period of more than 15 weeks; ability to relocate is strongly preferred.

Requirements

Computer and technical aptitude, including the ability to navigate a digital environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to pay attention to details.
Ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment or bench test.
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Willingness to travel for a training period of more than 15 weeks.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
Print and fabricate dentures.
Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases.
Assist with preparing laboratory supply orders.
Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
