About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring an entry-level Denture Lab Technician – Digital to learn digital denture production through a paid training program. In this role, you will use technology and artistic skills to create dentures that help improve patients’ lives. You will have access to industry-leading equipment, instruments, thought leaders, and certified trainers while collaborating with dentists and other members of the dental team to support patient satisfaction and care.

Requirements

• Computer and technical aptitude, including the ability to navigate a digital environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to pay attention to detail.
• Ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment or bench test.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Willingness to travel for a training period of 15 or more weeks.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a dental office.
• Ability to relocate is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
• Print and fabricate dentures.
• Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases.
• Assist with preparing laboratory supply orders.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
