About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring an entry-level Digital Denture Lab Technician. The position includes a paid training program in digital denture production and access to digital denture technology, industry-leading equipment, instruments, thought leaders, and certified trainers. The technician uses technical and artistic skills to create dentures and support patient care, working with dentists and other dental team members to help achieve patient satisfaction and improve patients’ lives.

Requirements

• Computer and technical aptitude, including the ability to navigate a digital environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment or bench test.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Willingness to travel for a training period of 15 or more weeks.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a dental office.
• Willingness to relocate is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
• Print and fabricate dentures.
• Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases.
• Assist with the preparation of laboratory supply orders.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
