About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Dentist to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Newport News, VA. This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic. Clinic staff are on-site full time. Organized scheduling and patient flow. Coordinated, team-based care environment. Value-based model focused on seniors. We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing and logistics — allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high-quality dental care. This is not a high-volume model. Our dentists are integrated into established clinical environments and represent Comprehensive Mobile Care directly within each partner location. We emphasize: Quality over volume, Consistency and predictability, Administrative and logistical support, Long-term clinic partnerships, Ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active Virginia dental license
- DEA certificate and/or Controlled Substance Registration
- Strong clinical judgment and warm chairside manner
- Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments
Nice To Haves
- Experience treating senior populations preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, preventive services, extractions, and basic restorative procedures
- Diagnose and manage oral health conditions commonly seen in aging populations
- Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
- Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting
