Requirements

• Active or eligible North Carolina dental license
• Interest in practice ownership and long-term professional growth
• Commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Desire to grow clinically and professionally while contributing to a positive office culture

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive dentistry in a well-established, patient-focused environment.
• Receive clinical mentorship in root canal therapy, surgical extractions, treatment planning, practice management, and leadership development.
• Work directly alongside the owner-doctor while building toward future partnership and ownership.
