About The Position
Matrix Providers is seeking qualified Dentists (DDS/DMD) to join our provider network as independent contractors performing disability examinations for Veterans and transitioning service members on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This is a unique opportunity to support those who have served our country by conducting objective, non-treatment-focused examinations that assist the VA in processing disability benefit claims.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree from a college or university accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association (ADA).
- Active state license in good standing.
- Malpractice insurance.
- Computer, reliable internet.
- Exam Requirements: Completed enclosed Wheelchair accessible
- Tests/Exams: Oral & Dental Temporomandibular X-Rays (Required only to properly render diagnosis)
- Bitewing Panoramic
Responsibilities
- Conducting objective, non-treatment-focused examinations for Veterans and transitioning service members.
- Assisting the VA in processing disability benefit claims.
