About The Position

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and professional Associate Dentist to join our growing dental team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who values patient-centered care, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and wants to be part of a team that works hard while maintaining a positive and fun workplace culture. The current demand in our practice continues to grow, and our doctor simply does not have enough time to see all of the patients who are requesting appointments. We are looking for the right dentist to help meet patient needs while continuing to provide exceptional care alongside our current doctor. Great hours for a work-life balance as well! This position begins with 1–2 flexible days per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time schedule of 4 days per week over time for the right candidate. 30% Net Production with a base daily rate, or a guaranteed higher daily rate. Our long-term goal is to find not just an associate, but a future team colleague who wants to grow alongside the practice. Our office believes in creating an environment where both patients and team members feel valued. We enjoy laughing, supporting one another, and making each day enjoyable—but our top priority is always delivering exceptional care and treating every patient like family.
