About The Position
Seeking a Dentist for a Locum Tenens position in Milwaukee, WI. This role involves providing dental care to patients aged 12-20 for approximately 26 weeks, with a schedule of one day per week from 8 AM to 6:30 PM. The rate is to be determined.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
- Current license to practice dentistry in the State of Wisconsin.
- Experience in fillings, extractions and trauma
Responsibilities
- Perform dental examinations, diagnostics, and treatments including restorations, extractions, and cleanings.
- Diagnose oral conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide emergency and routine dental care following facility policies and infection control standards.
- Maintain accurate dental records and documentation in compliance with departmental procedures.
- Collaborate with medical and mental health staff to ensure coordinated inmate healthcare.
