About The Position
The Dentist is responsible for providing general dentistry and general supervision of dental assistants and Hygienists. This role involves providing direct service to patients, ensuring compliance with DPH, OSHA, and Dental Association regulations, and adhering to departmental protocols. The position requires meeting productivity standards, attending required meetings, and a commitment to providing dental care to families in a medically underserved community. Flexibility in developing new methods of dental services delivery and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially are also key aspects of this role.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited Dental School.
- Fully Licensed or LLD
- Massachusetts Controlled Substance certificate and DEA required.
- Certified in CPR
- Licensed in Massachusetts to practice Dentistry/Valid Massachusetts Limited License in Dentistry.
- Minimum of three years’ professional experience in the US/Massachusetts required
- Proficient reading, writing, and speaking in English required
Nice To Haves
- Public Health experience preferred.
