About The Position
Smith Family Dentistry is seeking a General Dentist for a part-time position in Randolph, NJ. This fee-for-service practice offers a partnership track and opportunities to practice advanced dentistry, including implants and Invisalign. The practice has a loyal patient base, modern technology, and a supportive environment without corporate pressures. The role involves practicing comprehensive dentistry, building patient relationships, and potentially shaping the future of the practice. The schedule is full-time, 3-4 days per week, including 1-2 Saturdays per month. The practice offers a broad range of services including implant placement, Invisalign, endodontics, crown and bridge, cosmetic dentistry, extractions, and Botox.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey dental license
- Proven experience with implant placement
- Experience with endodontics
- Clear aligner experience
- Ability to work independently and drive treatment acceptance
Nice To Haves
- Experience with comprehensive dentistry
- Experience with Neodent implant system
- Experience with iTero digital scanner
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dentistry, including implant placement, Invisalign, endodontics, crown and bridge, cosmetic dentistry, extractions, and Botox.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Build lasting patient relationships.
- Work independently and drive treatment acceptance.
- Utilize modern digital technology, including iTero scanning.
- Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists.
