About The Position

Dental Dreams is seeking Full-Time & Part-Time General Dentists. Summer 2026 graduates are welcome. The organization is dentist-owned and dentist-led, with over 20 years of experience, focusing on exceptional patient care and supporting doctors with autonomy and resources. They offer a permanent daily minimum guarantee, up to a $50,000 sign-on bonus for select locations, with average full-time compensation ranging from $290,000 to $350,000+. Immediate start opportunities are available. The clinical practice offers complete autonomy over treatment planning, a full patient schedule from day one, fully digital and paperless offices, modern equipment, dedicated clinical support, mentorship from experienced clinicians, and the freedom to choose preferred supplies and instruments. The organization is committed to providing high-quality dentistry and making a meaningful impact in underserved communities.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental program
• Current or future dental license
