About The Position

Join Hillsborough Dental Center, an established, family-run dental practice focused on clinical excellence, team collaboration, and patient trust. We are seeking a doctor who desires to build genuine patient relationships and contribute to the long-term legacy of a well-loved practice. This role offers a supported path to becoming the next trusted dentist in the community, without the pressure of a high-hustle environment. The position is initially part-time with significant potential for long-term growth, including the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the current legacy doctor reduces their hours. We are open to both experienced dentists with specialty skills (implants, endo, clear aligner therapy) and new graduates eager for mentorship.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
• Valid dental license.
• Ability to work Wednesdays and Fridays (Friday is required).
• Willingness to potentially add Saturdays in the future.
• Desire to learn and be mentored (for new grads).
• Experience in specialty skills like implants, endo, or clear aligner therapy is a plus (for experienced candidates).

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry services.
• Build real relationships with patients.
• Potentially place implants (currently referring out implant placement).
• Perform endodontic procedures (heavy volume).
• Focus on restorative dentistry.
• Utilize modern technology, including iTero digital scanning.
• Participate in annual team mission trips to the Dominican Republic.
