About The Position

This is a mission-driven outpatient dental opportunity serving pediatric and adult populations along California’s Northern Coast. The role offers a chance to join a collaborative, team-based dental environment focused on high-quality patient care and strong clinical support. Practitioners will engage in comprehensive dentistry with mentorship, integrated workflows, and access to specialty resources. The practice is located in a scenic Northern California coastal community near redwood forests and the Pacific coastline.

Requirements

DDS or DMD REQUIRED
Active California dental license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patient populations REQUIRED
Mission-driven approach to community healthcare REQUIRED
Team-based and collaborative clinical mindset REQUIRED

Experience with extractions and complex procedures preferred
Commitment to underserved populations strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to pediatric and adult patients
Perform restorative procedures, extractions, and routine dental care
Handle routine and complex procedures including molars and extractions
Collaborate closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff
Refer complex pediatric cases internally as needed
Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives

Base compensation up to $225,000 annually
$15,000 sign-on bonus
