About The Position

This notice is being posted in connection with the filing of an application for permanent alien labor certification. The role involves the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and related oral structures. Responsibilities include examining patients using diagnostic procedures, cleaning, filling, extracting, and replacing teeth, providing other dental services as required, and offering preventive dental services and education in oral and dental hygiene. The position also includes supervising office staff and coordinating laboratory services.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as an Associate Dentist, Dentist, or General Dentist
• A Doctorate of Dental Medicine or Dental Surgery, or foreign equivalent
• A Florida dental license

Responsibilities

• Diagnosis and treatment of diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums and related oral structures.
• Examine patients to determine the nature of the condition affecting the patient, utilizing x-rays, dental instruments and other diagnostic procedures.
• Clean, fill, extract and replace teeth, using rotary and hand instruments, dental appliances, medications and surgical implements.
• Provide other dental services as required by patient needs.
• Provide preventive dental services and education in oral and dental hygiene.
• Supervise office staff, including hygienists, dental assistants, receptionists and other office staff.
• Coordinate laboratory services for the dental office.
• Maintain Florida Dental License.
