Dr. Brent Huckabay, DDS, is looking for a dedicated and entrepreneurial-minded dentist to join his team in a well-established and growing dental office in Midland, TX. This position is perfect for someone passionate about comprehensive care and a desire to lead a high-performing team. Immediate ownership is being offered! The office sees a healthy number of new patients monthly, allowing you to quickly build a loyal patient base and grow your practice. You will work in a well-established practice with a robust patient base consisting of Fee-for-Service (FFS) patients, ensuring steady and rewarding income. You will benefit from state-of-the-art technology, including a CBCT, iTero scanner, intraoral cameras in every room, and digital radiographs. The team is experienced, self-motivated, and highly productive, with systems in place to free you up to practice dentistry.

Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience is required to be considered
Comfort with working in a well-established FFS practice in Midland, TX
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a dental team effectively
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
