About The Position

Cosmetic Dentistry Associates, in partnership with Select Dental Management (SDM) and Guardian Dentistry Partners, is seeking a patient-focused Associate Dentist. This role offers the autonomy of private practice supported by the operational, educational, and mentorship resources of SDM. The position is in a modern, fully digital environment where clinicians are encouraged to grow their skills and build rewarding careers. The practice focuses on delivering exceptional, personal, comfortable, and clinically excellent dentistry.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required), in good standing.
Proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures.
Highly proficient in cosmetic dentistry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to be in-network with various insurance carriers.

Nice To Haves

GPR or AEGD preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care—with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
Leverage digital tools such as iTero, CBCT, Overjet to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources.
Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity and growth.
