About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dentist in Syracuse, New York. This is an outpatient general dentistry role focused on bread-and-butter dental procedures with a stable weekday schedule, requiring no nights or weekends. Requirements

• Clear and active New York Dentist license REQUIRED
• Comfortable practicing bread-and-butter general dentistry REQUIRED
• Ability to efficiently manage 13–15 patients daily REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently within supportive team-based setting REQUIRED
• Commitment to quality outpatient dental care REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient general dentistry services
• Deliver bread-and-butter dental care procedures
• Manage approximately 16–20 patients daily
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment planning
• Support continuity of care within outpatient dental setting
