About The Position

Gentle Dental is seeking a Full or Part-Time General Dentist with a passion for endodontic treatment to dedicate the majority of their practice to root canal therapy and related endodontic procedures within the scope of general dentistry in Arizona. This role offers a unique opportunity to focus on preferred procedures while benefiting from the support, technology, and patient base of an established multi-specialty organization. The dentist will work in a collaborative environment with General Dentists and Specialists, receiving a consistent flow of internal referrals while maintaining clinical autonomy. The position is designed for General Dentists who enjoy providing endodontic care within the scope permitted by Arizona law, including procedures such as root canal therapy on anterior teeth, premolars, and molars, endodontic diagnosis and treatment planning, emergency endodontic treatment, pulpotomies and pulpectomies, management of endodontic emergencies and dental pain, core buildups following endodontic treatment, and collaboration with specialists for complex cases.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Arizona dental license (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
• Current DEA registration, CPR certification, and NPI.
• Demonstrated experience and confidence performing endodontic procedures.
• Commitment to evidence-based dentistry and exceptional patient care.
• Excellent communication and treatment planning skills.
• Interest in building an endodontic-focused practice.

Responsibilities

• Practice endodontics, focusing on saving teeth.
