About The Position

At Gentle Dental, we're seeking a Full or Part-Time General Dentist who has a passion for endodontic treatment and wants to dedicate the majority of their practice to root canal therapy and related endodontic procedures within the scope of general dentistry in Arizona. This is a unique opportunity to focus your practice on the procedures you love while benefiting from the support, technology, and patient base of an established multi-specialty organization. You'll work alongside General Dentists and Specialists in a collaborative environment, receiving a consistent flow of internal referrals while maintaining the clinical autonomy to provide exceptional patient care. Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Arizona dental license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
  • Current DEA registration, CPR certification, and NPI
  • Demonstrated experience and confidence performing endodontic procedures
  • Commitment to evidence-based dentistry and exceptional patient care
  • Excellent communication and treatment planning skills
  • Interest in building an endodontic-focused practice

Responsibilities

  • Practice Endodontics.
  • Save Teeth.
  • Build an Exceptional Career.
  • Perform root canal therapy on anterior teeth.
  • Perform root canal therapy on premolars.
  • Perform molar root canal therapy.
  • Conduct endodontic diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Provide emergency endodontic treatment.
  • Perform pulpotomies and pulpectomies.
  • Manage endodontic emergencies and dental pain.
  • Perform core buildups following endodontic treatment.
  • Collaborate with specialists for complex retreatments, apicoectomies, or other cases requiring specialty care.
