About The Position

Benevis is seeking an Associate Dentist to provide dental care to children and adults in a compassionate, team-oriented environment. The role supports the company’s mission to provide high-quality, affordable dental care to underserved families and help create positive patient experiences. The patient base is primarily ages 3–21, with up to 30% adults depending on location. The practice offers mentoring and collaboration for professional growth, multiple schedule options, and a clinical team supporting each provider.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where care is provided, or eligibility for licensure.
Other certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA.
Nitrous Oxide certification where required in Louisiana, Mississippi, the District of Columbia, Texas, or Massachusetts.
Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to children and adults.

Responsibilities

Provide dental services to patients with support from the dental team.
Participate in community activities that promote a positive image of the company.
Join morning huddles, plan the day, and recognize team members for customer focus, collaboration, and meeting goals.

Guaranteed base pay of $850 per day with uncapped earning potential.
