About The Position

This is a full-time or part-time General Dentist position with a minimum guaranteed salary of $175,000/year and unlimited earning potential based on collections. The practice has a PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base, and there is a clear path to partnership with no upfront cost. We are a busy, family-focused practice with strong patient loyalty, consistent new patient flow, and a full clinical schedule. We utilize state-of-the-art digital technology, including iTero scanners and 3D imaging, and offer clinical autonomy with support from experienced leadership. Our team culture is built on trust, compassion, and excellence, and we engage in annual team mission trips to the Dominican Republic.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
Active State Dental License & DEA License.
Competency in comprehensive dentistry including: Restorative procedures, Extractions (simple and surgical), Crown & Bridge, Endodontics (Root Canals).
Experience with iTero scanning.
Excellent communication skills.
Collaborative spirit.

Nice To Haves

Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required.
