About The Position

My Community Dental Centers (MCDC) is seeking a full-time Dentist for their Detroit, MI location. Requirements

A Dental Degree (e.g., Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or equivalent) from an accredited School of Dentistry.
3-4 years of experience as a general dentist.
Experience with extractions and dentures.
Exposure to endodontics (endo).
Ability to take pride in developing personalized treatment plans and delivering comprehensive, high-quality care.
Proficiency in using advanced technology like Dandy digital scanners and Overjet AI.
Strong communication skills and ability to support a team.
Knowledge of dental board regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic protocols.
Mission-driven and motivated to improve access to dental care in underserved communities.
