About The Position
TrueCare is growing and expanding into Moreno Valley to enhance access to high-quality dental care. They are seeking an experienced General Dentist provider to join their new office. TrueCare is a trusted dental and healthcare provider serving San Diego and Riverside Counties, committed to making healthcare accessible to everyone, regardless of income or insurance status. The role involves championing patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, supervising dental assistants, contributing to quality improvement, and enhancing clinic operations to improve patient flow, satisfaction, and provider efficiency.
Requirements
- Active California Dental License as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD).
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
- Two to three years of experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide Dental Care coverage to patients in need within our FQHC network.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
- Supervise dental assistants.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Streamline processes to improve patient flow, satisfaction, and provider efficiency.
