Requirements

Graduation from an approved school of dentistry.
Possess a license to practice dentistry issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Dentistry.
Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required.
Must be able to perform essential job functions.
Must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform periodontal exams, review medical histories, diagnose oral conditions, and develop treatment plans
Provide restorative, preventative, and anesthetic procedures while maintaining infection control standards
Explain preventative practices, post-procedure instructions, and respond to patient concerns
Lead Dental Assistants and Hygienists, train staff, and evaluate performance and clinic practices
Assess scheduling, records, referrals, and prescriptions to support quality improvement
Manage supplies, approve new inventory requests, and ensure proper security and tool control
