About The Position

MB2 Dental is hiring full-time General Dentists for our affiliated offices in Oklahoma! These roles offer opportunities to expand your clinical and professional skills. Our offices provide diverse services, including preventive care, crown and bridge, restorative, Invisalign, implants, and more. MB2 Dental is a growing Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) with over 780 practices in 45 states. Unlike traditional DSOs, our owners retain full control and clinical autonomy to manage their offices as they choose. MB2 combines the benefits of partnership, like shared services and capital access, with the independence of practice ownership. Doctors lead clinical care locally while MB2 handles non-clinical tasks, allowing them to focus on patients. These Associate Dentist positions are ideal for dentists eager to join a supportive community invested in mutual growth.

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
• Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
• Ability to maintain state-required insurance coverage

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive care
• Perform crown and bridge procedures
• Conduct restorative treatments
• Administer Invisalign treatments
• Perform implant procedures
