Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Illinois dental license in good standing
• Strong diagnostic, treatment-planning, and restorative dentistry skills with a commitment to evidence-based clinical care.
• Effective communication with patients and colleagues, helping patients feel informed, respected, and comfortable with their treatment decisions.
• Sound clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a consistent commitment to patient safety and quality standards.
• Collaborative dental professional who takes ownership of results and contributes positively to the practice team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative care, preventive care, and patient education.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships by communicating treatment recommendations clearly, compassionately, and in a way patients can understand.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and office team members to deliver efficient, coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, uphold infection-control standards, and ensure every patient encounter reflects strong clinical judgment and professionalism.
• Help create a welcoming practice culture by bringing a positive, accountable, solutions-focused approach to daily patient care.
