About The Position
The Associate Dentist will provide dental care to pediatric and young adult patients ages 1–20 in a modern, multi-dentist practice in Raleigh, North Carolina. The practice offers a fully booked schedule and handles business operations so the dentist can focus on clinical care. The role follows a four-day schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with production-based compensation and mentorship available. The dentist will work with hygienists, assistants, co-dentists, parents, and guardians in a busy, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience in general dentistry.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care.
- Ability to manage a busy patient schedule efficiently.
- Professional, friendly demeanor and excellent bedside manner.
- Enjoyment of working with children and young adults.

Responsibilities
- Provide examinations and restorative treatments for patients ages 1–20.
- Oversee hygiene care.

- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and co-dentists to deliver patient care.
