About The Position
Lake Dental in Palm Springs is seeking an associate dentist for a relationship-driven, family-friendly practice known for its calm, collaborative, and down-to-earth culture. This is a team-oriented environment where providers genuinely enjoy working together and prioritize long-term patient relationships. The ideal candidate is excited to practice comprehensive dentistry and has a strong interest in expanding skills in endodontics, implants, and surgery. This role offers clinical autonomy, strong support, and advanced technology including CEREC, CBCT, and digital imaging. The schedule starts at 3 days per week (Fridays required) with the opportunity to grow into a 4-day schedule within the first year. Requirements
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid state license to practice dentistry (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
- Minimum of two years of clinical practice experience, demonstrating professional growth and practical expertise in dental care
- Other certifications as required by state to include - CPR, DEA, etc.
Nice To Haves
- Strong interest in expanding skills in endodontics, implants, and surgery.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate oral healthcare, utilizing advanced diagnostic skills to develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient well-being and long-term dental health.
- Contribute towards a team oriented and collegiate environment by working with other clinical and non-clinical staff members, as necessary.
- Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedures in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards.
- Improving your clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities (continuing education support is available)
- Participate in various community outreach initiatives, as necessary.
