Requirements

DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program
Active New York Dental License, or ability to obtain a New York License
CPR/BLS Certification
Willing to obtain a Real ID for base access
Pass a background (Criminal & Malpractice), urinalysis & applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations
Undergo background check (including criminal record check) and drug screening if a conditional offer of employment is made

Nice To Haves

Invisalign or clear aligner certification

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dentistry
Perform extractions, including third molars
Perform root canal therapy, including molars
